Still Confusedddd!!

I posted yesterday about my situation, I will repost that and what has happened since with hopes to get abit more advise.

I have taken contraception since I was 16 with no problems with the current pill I'm on.
Over the last week I've had symptoms such as;

• Sore Breasts

-Tiredness / fatigue to the point I have 0 energy no matter how much rest I get.

• Cramps

And then to top it off I had a little bit of pinkish brown blood in my knickers before a bath Friday night. So I decided to take a test. I don't know how long the test was sat for but it resulted in a positive. Im not sure if this was a evap line. To cut the long story short my next 3 tests after since yesterday have been negative. However, today I've started having pinkish brown blood again and a bit more this time, with cramps continuing but not awfully painful like a period. I am still taking my contraceptive and am not due a period until next week. All advise would be amazing because right now I'm so confused!

I would just say wait til your period is due and take another test. You can get pregnant while on contraception, none are 100% effective. If your period doesn’t come when it’s supposed to then make an appointment with the doctor.

Really annoyed Ive been on the phone all day trying to be seen by a doctor or nurse, they're literally not interested. I've had a positive pregnancy test on Friday and now they're negative and bleeding. I don't know what's going on or what to think. Im so annoyed and confused, help!!
