16 weeks - spotting for 4 weeks following big bleed, getting heavier

I've posted a few times recently, this seems to be the only place I get any possible suggestions since I can't get any doctor/obstetrician to see me :(

At 13 weeks I had a really heavy bleed with clots that lasted a couple of days. It tailed off and a scan showed baby was fine and there was a pool of blood they could see which may have caused it. It's been 4 weeks now of spotting, mostly brown. It seems to be getting heavier though, and a really dark brown. I've just had enough of constant worrying.

Just from reading other posts it may be a hematoma? I don't know though as the sonographer a month ago didn't say it was and I haven't been able to see a doctor or anything about it. The bleeding seems a lot heavier today but I'm not going to A&E on a Saturday as I know they'll do nothing other than an internal exam and not be able to give me any answers.

Don't really know what I'm asking, very anxious 😪

Hi there . I’ve no experience to share but based on what you are saying yes it sounds like a haemotoma. Is it still brown ? I would go to the A&E for sure today for peace of mind or a private scan maybe if that’s an option ?

Hope you are ok ❤️ I am currently 19w and had bleeding (sometimes with clots) & brown spotting for the first 16 weeks. I went to a&e once and sat there for 6 hours but they still weren’t sure how long I would need to wait, so I went for a private scan. Would 100% recommend going for one, the money is worth the reassurance x
