Morning sickness back at 11 weeks

I’m 11+2 and the last few days morning sickness has really ramped up, after it had felt like it had peaked and was declining for about a week before.
In general, I do not handle nausea/vomiting very well, and this is sending me into a bit of a spiral of worrying that I’ll feel sick the whole pregnancy. With DD, morning sickness peaked and then declined, it didn’t surge back. Is it common for it to return? Is it a sign of morning sickness that might last a long time?

Mine lasted for 16 weeks and I was so relieved when it stopped as it has begun a few days before AF was due. A week after it stopped I caught a stomach bug and it started up again to 21 weeks. We are all different and so is each pregnancy. I only felt sick with my last one.

I found that if I got too tired/tried to do too much, or if I wasn't really careful to make sure I ate properly/regularly, my morning sickness came back.

Early nights, and constant snacking between meals on dried fruit, nuts etc helped keep it at bay.

Are you looking after yourself?

I think I'm looking after myself ok. Work has been very understanding and I’ve been wfh. We had only started going back into the office a day or two a week when my morning sickness hit so they just said I was fine to stay at home.
But DD is 2.5, and although DH is fantastic, there’s obviously not as much chance to rest as when I was pregnant with her so I think tiredness is maybe more of a factor this time round.
