21 week scan - baby head on the 'petite side'

Looking for some positive stories please
Had my anomaly scan at 21w4d
Sonographer said everything was perfect, heart, kidneys, bones, brain A1 as she put it
We carried on and she mentioned that baby was being exceptionally awkward lying breech and very awkwardly... Typical that my child is awkward.. Takes after the other half already lol

We carried on for another chunk of time and she asked me when I was due (18th March) and she then said babies head was a little on the petite side after scanning a second time and she'd schedule me for a growth scan

Growth scan is for 8 of December which is weeks away.. I can only be reassured I guess by the lack of urgency of appointment

Just wanted to see if there were people that had a similar thing? Would Baby lying breech and being awkward cause a little discrepancy in an otherwise perfect baby?
Thanks x

I think it probably would Smile

When I was pregnant with my firstborn, they told me I was measuring small, baby was always breech then further on transverse but she'd flip sides - one appointment head on my left, next appointment head on my right.
They said I must be all water and baby must be small - estimated 5lbs - to be able to flip like that at 7, 8, 9 months ...

Anyway! She was born a 7lb, 1oz beautiful, healthy baby!

If they were at all concerned, they'd be telling you so. Pregnancy and parenthood is ALL worry, so I won't tell you not to but, try and not let it take over.

If they were even slightly concerned, they would have reffered you to fetal medicine for a scan there and told you exactly why ie "your baby's head looks on the small side. I am concerned because it could indicate xxx".

It doesn't sound like you need to be worried OP, which is the most stupid sentence ever, because of course you'll worry! But the sonographer would have spelled out exactly what they were concerned about if there was an actual anomaly, if that makes sense.

Thank you all ! Yeah I'm worried but not overly concerned as she was saying everything else was brilliant. Gonna be a loooooooong wait to the 8th though !
