Nearly 39 weeks and fed up - anyone else?!

I'm 38+5 with my second, a boy. My daughter came at 38+3, so rationally I know he's not late but it feels like it to me!

I'm so uncomfortable, can barely walk and have had pre-labour signs for two weeks now but still nothing. My midwife said to me yesterday I can expect to go over my due date this time 😬

I feel bad moaning but I feel so massive and useless!

Anyone else in the same boat and want to join my pity party?

He's apparently much bigger than my daughter was, which is probably why I can't bend down without being in agony. Nothing says lack of dignity like having to ask your husband to put your socks on for you.

Me! Had to ask my mum to do my shoelaces today 39+2 and just basically a planet sized ball of heartburn and discomfort. A dad asked me chirpily on the school run “are you still pregnant?” so tbh he’s lucky to be alive AND I managed to do no audible swearing
