Has anyone found anything which helps with early pregnancy tiredness? I’m whacked but can’t sleep 😴

Second trimester even worse, not just normal tiredness but can fall asleep standing Grin 😂 vitamins should help but i dont know I'm knackered already when i wake up in the morning
