Lost symptoms but no bleeding, should I be worried?

Hi,
I'm 5 and a half weeks pregnant but lost symptoms a few days ago.
I had really sore breasts at 4 weeks and gradually got less sore over last few days - now they are not at all. This was pretty much the only symptom I had - thought maybe I was nauseous one day, but now I'm wondering if I even did. I just don't feel pregnant at all anymore.
Also did a test and line seemed weaker, maybe. But then next one seemed ok again. I know this can depend on urine strength. I daren't do more, it'll just make me more anxious.

However - I've had absolutely no bleeding or cramping.

Should I be worried?

Try not to worry, symptoms are rarely consistent, especially so early on and if there’s no bleeding I’m sure it’s ok.
If you do do another test, do a digital one that says ‘pregnant’ rather than looking at lines, it makes it a lot more positive I think!

Hello. I know this is old but I am under the same situation here. I'm sure I'm having a MMC because I had it before and this looks the same. My belly stopped being hard, my boobs not sore anymore, no more morning sickness. After a few days like this I had some spotting and then referred for a scan where I was told I had a MMC. I'm now in the same situation. I hate my body for playing tricks on me like this. I tried to figure out what would happen and still never thought about this possibility
