Hi everyone

I'm 32 weeks with my second baby I also have a 1year old son I had to have an emergency c section after failed induction and he went into distress
At my 30 week growth scan everything was great but she is breech she laying across my stomach
My first pregnancy he was also right way round
Anyone any tips to turn her and when I should start doing it ...was going try going on my ball but dont want to start early incase ur not ment too
really dont want another c section as it was a bad experience and healing was bad hospital is happy for me to try vbac
Also any tips for end of pregnancy for starting natural labour as I cant be induced going to get raspberry leaf tea near the end when did everyone start this

30 weeks sounds very early to be worried about baby being in the right position or not, especially since some babies don’t engage till actual labour. So try and not stress. Walking & your ball are probably the best ways to get baby facing down, and if not by 36/7 weeks they’d talk about ECV…or that was what I was told at 34 weeks before mybaby had turned.

Curry, sex, nipple stimulation and exercise are the only things I’ve been recommended by midwife/ doctors. A lot of old wives tales come with a degree of risk to baby so read up before you try.

Although here’s some things others have recommended I try: raspberry leaf tea, dates and pineapple to ripen cervix. Evening primrose oil to ensure for a quick labour apparently.

Hopefully others can suggest something that works better than the curries I’ve been having!
