4weeks 4 days pain and bleeding

Hey all.
So I found out 4 days ago I was pregnant after trying for a few months.
Last night I had pain in my left side
And then this morning Ive got quite bad period like cramping and im bleeding.
Im guessing this is a miscarriage but im just looking for some maybe positive stories that it's not and everything is ok 😅. Wishful thinking I guess

I've had what you describe twice and it's been a miscarriage, but equally I'm 21 weeks pregnant at the moment and had the same in early pregnancy this time around which turned out to be a heamatoma and baby is absolutely fine. It's a waiting game at this early stage unfortunately. Do another pregnancy test in a weeks time and if it's still positive contact your EPU. Wishing you lots of luck

@BelieveInRainbows thank you for replying and I'm sorry to hear about your losses but so pleased your pregnancy is going well this time 🥰.
I phoned the MLU and Iv got an early scan tomorrow so just have to wait I guess.

I'm going through the same at the moment 😔 but I don't have cramping, some lower back and pelvic pain. I'm waiting for a call back from the pregnancy assessment unit but I have a feeling they won't be able to do much. I'm 5 weeks today

@Finalbaby I'm sorry to hear your going through the same thing. They may get you in for a scan as I'm going for one abs I'm only 4 weeks abs 4 days.
