This is my first pregnancy and I’ve been really down about the amount of weight I’ve gained. I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and I’ve gained at least 4 stone despite daily exercise, eating really balanced and maintaining physical activity since the start (runner and weight lifting)
On every visit and health check, I’ve always had perfect blood pressure, all blood tests come back as normal (no gestational diabetes etc), baby is growing to to the centre line of the growth chart.
I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong and it’s really gotten me down.
I was a really big teenager (lost a total of 10st in the past) and have been very active since I was 17, now 27.
I’m so worried about the weight gain. Did anyone else have this problem?
