Bleeding after TMI bowel movement

Has anyone ever experienced this? I was spotting last night only when wiping and had nothing at al today but I've just been and opened my bowels and it's there again 😭 I've been beside myself with worry all day so much so I've told my boss at work in case I ran off crying. I'm only 5 weeks tomorrow (according to lmp) it's never been bright red, only pink and I'm in no pain apart from the usual jiggles and back ache.

I've gone from posting barely ever to posting all the time 🙈 so I do apologise

@Finalbaby literally the same as me they couldn't say anything so mines a pregnancy of an unknown location too and Iv also had bloods this morning and then more on Thursday.
Although mines looking like it could have been an ectopic pregnancy as my uterine wall is very thin not how it should look when pregnant or just miscarried.
How are you feel about it alll? X

@Sunshinelollypops8 I'm ok just very very emotional which I think is a mix of hormones and grief 😔 I think I've passed it now as I had a large clot a little earlier so I rang to tell them and they said I still need to go back Thursday for repeat bloods as my hcg level was 108. They never said anything at all about what they could see other than they couldn't see a baby. How are you feeling? How do you feel about trying again? I feel a little numb about it, I just wish this one would have worked out 😭 x

@Finalbaby oh I'm so sorry. It's such a horrid feeling isn't it! Oh I'm sorry you've passed the clot and you think that's the baby, it's such a surreal feeling!
I'm feeling alright a little sad but I'm very good and pushing down my emotions and pretending I'm ok which is not healthy I know 😅.
Hospital phoned and said my hcg levels are so low that iv had an extremely early miscarriage and have passed everything so I don't need to go back Thursday.
Umm not sure about trying again. My partner has said he doesn't want to for a while. So I guess go with the flow. How about you will you try again soon? Xx

We've spoke about it and I think we're both happy with continuing to try as soon as we can. It was his birthday today too 😔 I think if we put it off I won't want to ever try again. I was hoping they'd say that to me so I don't have to go back as my appointment is in the antenatal clinic which was really upsetting today and I didn't want to have to go back to be honest. Sending lots of hugs x

I'm so sorry for you both Final and Sunshine all feels very unfair. I have my appointment tomorrow, but it's not looking good, very heavy today.

Would anyone be able to explain the scan prep please? I've not been told anything. Should I not eat beforehand, I've also read about drinking lots of water.

Good luck @floofycroissant. You'll need to go with a full bladder for an abdominal scan but that's it. I don't think eating matters they never mentioned anything to me. Sorry to hear you're heavier now, I just prepared for the worst so I wasn't too disappointed. They had the screen on for me in the scan but I just didn't look. Be prepared for an internal scan too as they more than likely won't be able to see anything if you're less than 6 weeks. They will let you empty your bladder for that. I'm back there tomorrow for more bloods. I'm still bleeding a little today but definitely slowed a lot. I feel really sick tonight but the pains have also subsided. Thankfully!

@floofycroissant my app was at 3pm.
I had to empty bladder at 1.30, then drink 1 litre of water between 1.30-2pm.
Then hold until app.

Nothing visible, just waiting for a call back on my bloods. I guess it's good to finally know, the last 7 days have felt like they've gone on forever.

Sorry to hear that @floofycroissant looks like we're all in the same boat then. Fingers crossed for all of us to get a bfp and a healthy pregnancy in the near future 🌈 🤞🏼

I got confirmation this evening that I've had a miscarriage. My bloods dropped to 10. I've just ordered a lovely little fertility bracelet on Amazon with different stones on which are supposedly supposed to promote fertility. Wether it works or not I don't know but I thought a nice little treat to cheer me up x
