As mentioned I failed the mission impossible in my house when my 6yr old came home with covid!
Currently 30 wks, double vaccinated so midwives & docs aren't very concerned, was expecting a bit more support.
Anyways advice is to take paracetamol.. anyone any other natural remedies to help?
Anything that would decongest would be great! Taking manuka honey & hot water.

It's mainly in my head.. sinuses, runny/ blocked /sore nose, headaches, tiredness. Bit of a cough started today (day 5) bit of phlegm coughed up.

Menthol crystals in hot water, breathe in with a towel over the bowl to help unblock your nose.
There’s also a nasal spray suitable for pregnancy, think it’s called Sterimar.
I have no Covid experience, but I did have that super cold last month and it knocked me for 6! These were the products the pharmacist sold to me to help to unblock my nose.
Hope you’re ok and make a speedy recovery.

I'll second the menthol/Vicks in a bowl of hot water with towel over the head, like PP I had the bad cold last month and this really helped my sinuses when I couldn't take anything else!

Hope you feel better soon Thanks
