Very few pregnancy symptoms... Worried

Hi all. I'm five weeks pregnant with (hopefully) DC #2. I'm a little concerned though as I've had very little in the way of symptoms. The odd wave of mild nausea but not that bad at all, and I'm perhaps a little more tired than usual but again, not that bad. In fact I often forget I'm pregnant!

I worry as I've previously had a missed miscarriage. I also have a DD but had loads of symptoms pretty much from day one with her!

Did anyone else get very few symptoms in early pregnancy?

Thank you 😊

I didn't get any with my first, just heartburn from 7mths onwards. I too was worried but everything was fine (he's 18 now!) with my second I just got tiredness in the first trimester and the heartburn again much later.

I didn't have any symptoms with both of my pregnancies, not one. When I was pregnant for the second time I forgot I was pregnant very frequently because I was so busy with a 15 month old. My kids are happy, healthy adults now. I wouldn't worry.

Thank you all, you have been very reassuring ❤️

Just to reassure you OP, I had none either. Some tiredness kicked in about 8/9 weeks but other than that, nothing! I felt like my normal self (apart from a huge belly) pretty much up until the day I gave birth. Enjoy it! Smile

I'm 15+4 and the only symptom I've had is a little bit of tiredness at around 10 weeks! Please don't worry 😊

Silver31 · 07/11/2021 12:49

13+ 4 and aside from increased bra size, and waking every night at 4am (bladder calling!), I have had zero symptoms. All is absolutely fine and baby progressing as it should be. Please don't be frightened by lack of symptoms - it's more common than you think!

Same as the last two for me 😊 14 weeks and nothing.... perhaps a bit of tiredness but even that would be mild really. Everyone says we're lucky but we just want reassurance that we're still pregnant - totally get it xx

Hi OP I’m in similar situation. 6 weeks pregnant and other than sore boobs not had any other symptoms. I’m getting really worried about possible mmc… I was really sick with my previous pregnancy so I’m not sure why this one is different. It’s good to read positive stories above on here though. I think pregnancy can be a really worrying time in general and in the early days there’s no way of knowing if everything’s ok. Wish you all the best for a healthy pregnancy.
