Strange thing happened in the supermarket - hormones or coincidence?

I’m 14+6 with my first baby, so still early days really. My boobs hurt from time to time, but it isn’t constant, more they really ache for half an hour or so and my nipples feel sore, but it passes and it only happens once a day, if that.

Anyway I was shopping yesterday evening and there was a crying newborn in a pram in the same aisle as me, and as soon as I saw & heard the baby (I think hearing more) my boobs started aching! I don’t come across babies very often and so this hasn’t happened before and I don’t think I’ll be able to ‘test’ it again, but is this a coincidence or possibly my hormones?

Did anyone else have similar physical reactions to seeing babies?
