Hey I know I post a lot! But it's my first pregnancy and I suffer with anxiety very badly so any ache or pain I'm worrying!😂 I'm currently 16 weeks and one day but for these past couple of days I've had a dull ache in my lower left abdomen at the bottom sometimes when I move it's like a sharp shooting pain and when I press on the area it feels very tender has anyone ever experienced this? Also any tips on how to sleep comfortable would be greatly appreciated!😩
