Hi eveyone
I was wondering if anyone is still suffering with morning sickness? whilst mine has eased slightly I'm still sick at least once a day and fell nauseous and dizzy very frequently - despite eating pretty much all day. Every day I waking up hoping it will end but still no joy . (I'm 18+2 with first pregnancy)

Hi salads - unfortunately I think this is quite normal. Some people find it easies off at about 20 weeks, to give you some hope

alittlebitshy · 12/12/2007 18:02

i'd forgotten how bad this feeling is.
i had bad m/s with dd who is 4.5 and at almost 7 weeks this time, I feel awful again now.
I think mine eased off at about 20 weeks.. so i have a long long way to go, and i feel absolutely awful Last time, as soon as the m/s stopped the heartburn arrived .

Me too, salads! Am 19 weeks and still vomiting every morning! Am holding out for the 20 week reprieve and hoping I won't be disappointed!

Thanks for your messages, I think!
Right I'm going to convince myself that 20 weeks is the magic number - fingers crossed. My sympathy goes out to everyone else who is feeling sick, at least it's a good sign we have lots of hormones .

Hi Salads - I am 20.5 weeks - and still feel nauseas! it seems to have gotten a bit worse since 19 weeks. I have been taking Nux Vom (homeopathic remedy) which helps heaps. Still feel like gagging sometimes though - nice!! Glad I am not alone in feeling like this . Going on the tube is my worst!

Hi with my last pregnancy i was sick the whole 9 months was a nightmare

Now pregnant again i have just stopped being sick and i am now 28+3

I have just found out that it could be caused by indegestion i never thought of that and doc gave me gaviscone advance and i swear it works wonders i thought i was just being sick but turns out it was indegestion if i new thatthe 1st time round maybe i would have gave it a go

so try it and see if that calms it down

good luck

sheena

Thanks penguin and sheena, I'll try anything! - I find I'm really bad on the train too and unfortunately even though I have a bump it's not big enough for people to offer me a seat - not that a seat would stop me feeling sick anyway
