Mucus plug? Warning: pic included

Does this look like part of my mucus plug? Been loosing little bits over last few weeks but have had cramps and increased Braxton hicks since yesterday and then this when i went to the toilet this morning

I'm 32+6 and had my 1st baby early at 36+3.

Mmmm could be. Considering you are having strong BH I would ring the hospital and have a quick check.

I don't think it's the mucus plug as I had this for the last few weeks of pregnancy (I also thought it was the mucus plus). Mine was more like didn't end up coming out until about 20 minutes before I had my son 😂.

Sorry meant to say mine had blood in it.

I don't think this is the plug. My plug was a lot bigger and tinged with blood- this is the pic Xx

Looks like normal discharge.

I personally don’t think so. It is normally much thicker like the picture posted by grace1991. And I would expect to see some blood tinged bits, but not sure if that would apply to every time you had some mucus plug released. Probably the really thick bits.
