I'm about 8/9 weeks pregnant and I just feel absolutely horrendous

I have a toddler who doesn't sleep great, therefore I'm not sleeping great and I'm basically up at 5am every morning
I can barley make it through the day , I'm constantly knackered and constantly feel sick

I'm barely eating as I've completely got of food but I am trying to get plenty of fluids

I work part time , and I literally dred doing to work as I can hardly make it through the day

I found the first 12 weeks hard last time, but with a toddler and lack of sleep it seems so much worse

I'm taking pregnancy vitamins but I'm sure they just make my sickness worse

I know this is all part of pregnancy, but I just feel hopeless ans awful 😖😥🤢

Those first 12 weeks or so are so hard, especially with a toddler. I'm 13 weeks now with a 3.5 year old and it's been tough! Make sure you've eaten something before taking your vitamins, that's a mistake I made! I take mine before bed now after I've had all day to munch at various times. Are you OK drinking milk? I use meal replacements occasionally when I can't stomach actually eating, it tides me over a bit until I feel more like it. Also, eat little and often. Big meals just don't seem to sit right for me. Can't help much with the sleep unfortunately, but if you can get an earlier night it will hopefully help 🤞 Hope you perk up soon and a huge congratulations!! x

Line cordial helped me a little. But eating was the best thing for my nausea. Right now eat whatever is most appetising to you, even if it’s junk, to get you through this rough time. You’re in the thick of it right now but unless you’re v unlucky it will be subside in a few weeks.

Eat little and often even if you don't feel like it, I just grazed on food until I was 11 weeks and it was the only thing that helped

No advice but I feel the same :( don’t remember feeling this bad with DC1! I am tired alllll the time and everything makes me feel sick (even though I’m still starving hungry).
