My OH has bought me this pack of sushi as I love sushi. I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and wonder if it's safe to eat this?

I'm unsure if this fish has been frozen or not before being turned into sushi.

Thanks for advice xx

Any sushi that's been brought from a supermarket or other large retailer is highly likely to have been made with fish that's been frozen first, therefore safe to eat in pregnancy.
I've been eating it (although remember to not have too much fish like salmon and tuna because of the mercury), but I say go for it.

It doesn’t say, you need to contact their customer service to confirm but I would assume previously frozen

The fish in it looks to me like it’s cooked? If it is then it’s fine.

I ate it throughout pregnancy, all fish in the U.K. served as sushi has been previously frozen to get rid of parasites

It all looks like cooked or smoked fish so its fine!
