Early scan tomorrow 7 weeks

Hi ladies I have an early scan tomorrow as we had IUI and I’m petrified if I’m honest any calming tips

I had an early scan at 7 weeks and was very anxious as well. I don't have any tips unfortunately - I was anxious before the scan, anxious throughout my pregnancy, and I'm still anxious now with a 9 month old. So my only tip is not to think 'I won't feel anxious anymore after this next hurdle' and instead focus on reducing anxiety in the moment. Deep breaths help me, as does distracting myself :)
