Leaking urine

I am 19 weeks pregnant and my first baby. This is rather embarrassing to write but I seem to have been leaking a bit or urine throughout the day/night. I had thought it to be discharge so was keeping an eye on it by wearing a pad but I think it's actually urine. Is this normal in pregnancy and if so what should I do about it? I don't want to google it as I will get loads of answers and I'm just looking for some reassurance. Many thanks in advance.

I noticed this a bit during the day once i hit 18-20 weeks.

I spoke vaguely arp6und this topic to a few friends woth kids and they had multiple accidents and recommended more pee breaks and wear pads.

Pelvic floor excercises! Try and get them in at least 3 times a day

It happens. Pelvic floor exercises, pads and regular trips to the loo.on the upside after dc are born and you lose the baby weight then it stops even after twins.

Maybe check it’s not your waters leaking early, I thought it was urine went to get checked and I’ve actually had pprom, early waters breaking at 29+4. Currently in hospital being observed. Worth getting checked to prevent infection it’s a simple swab!

Thanks all. I did do a swab about a week ago as was concerned about the colour and it came back normal. I hope it's not my water leaking early....i smelled it and it did smell of wee so I'm hoping I just need to do pelvic floors, which after research aren't that easy!!
