Sofradex ear drops, safe?

Hi everyone,
Yesterday I was given sofradex at A&E for tinnitus and possible external otitis. I am 25 weeks pregnant with twins.
There are lots of conflicting information about these drops during pregnancy.
Has anyone already used it? Is it safe?

My GP prescribed me these at roughly 12 weeks - I had an ear infection and was BEGGING for pain relief (I can’t take paracetamol) and was told unfortunately this was all they could recommend so I didn’t hesitate as they had discounted other things due to my pregnancy so assumed Sofradex must be fine!

20 week scan was all fine so assume no harm done (I’m too scared to google the conflicting advice you mention though!)

Hope your ear is better soon, ear ache is insufferable!
