Positive & negative test same day!

Hi

Today I am 7 days late on my period, Yesterday morning I got a positive ‘pregnant’ reading from a digital clear blue early detection test.

So I went to the shop to buy more for reassurance, but I bought the digital weeks test instead of the early detection one this time , I tested in the evening but that came back reading not pregnant!

Im so confused! Has anyone had this before? I think im going to go buy the early detection ones again first thing in the morning and test on that one again with my first wee of the day.

The ones that aren’t labelled as early detection need a much higher amount of the hormone to read as positive. Try a first response! Good luck!

@BuffyFanForever ahh wish I seen your message before I should have tried first response, I’ll get those next time.

I got more early detection clear blue ones this morning (but not digital) and there was no line after 3 minutes , however when I looked again about 15 minutes later (I know they say not to take notice of this) but it’s got a faint positive line, ( I’ve had water mark lines before on previous tests but they’ve never looked like this ) see attached.

I’ve still not come on my period and it was only yesterday morning I had my positive digital test, so maybe I’ll just have to wait a couple more days?

I’m 7 days late, I just thought the hormone would be high enough to show up stronger by now? Or am I just being impatient, I’m so mixed emotions, I just keep thinking it’s all in my head until I get a few more positives to reassure me xx
