How did your feel in the 24/48 hours before labour started?

I’ve been feeling pretty rubbish today; been sick a few times and my bowels have been pretty active. A friend of mine said she had projectile vomiting the day before her labours started, both times. So she’s convinced I’m going to go soon!

Wondering if anyone else has any weird and wonderful clues for their labours being close.

I felt flu like about 3 days before then the day before a got a rush of energy and got last minute things done. I did have very active bowels the day before. Then waters went at 3pm. Good luck

I don't remember feeling any different but read that your body does try to 'clear itself' in preparation for labour.
My SIL was always sick with vomiting and diarrhoea just before active labour.

Felt completely normal, no indication that I'd be in labour.
