I have 0- blood and my daughter is 0+ (I’m 34 weeks) ..I’ve had anti-d injection at 28 weeks but fallen over quite spectacularly today! Landed on my knees tripping over other daughter’s scooter but then my bump crushed into my knees and winded me. I’ve gone into the maternity hospital but huge wait...just wondering if anyone has had similar? I haven’t bled or anything but it was quite a bump so bit worried :(

I think you should be ok as the Anti-D injection from 28 weeks should protect you but always best to get a medical opinion :)

Ring the maternity assesment unit.
As you already have a Rh+ child this one could be too, may be a hassle to get seen but is it really worth the potential risk to baby?

I'm also Rh- and had the anti d injection at 28 weeks, I was advised then that if I had a big knock to my bump such as falling over or an accident that I should let them know as they'd want to check me over and potentially give another anti d injection. Just thought I'd share in case it's helpful x
