Hi everyone,

I've been suffering terribly the last few days with a cough and a cold. So much so that I've managed to bruise my rib and it's so painful!

I've been prescribed antibiotics for a chest infection and am just feeling really fed up with it all tbh

I'll be 10 weeks on Friday and just wondering whether it's ok to take paracetamol or not? Some things online say yes but the nurse the other day said no so not sure 🤔

You definitely can take paracetamol whilst pregnant, as long as you don’t exceed the recommended dosage. Hope you feel better soon!

Yes definitely ok. Also, warm drinks and a long steamy bath will help your cold symptoms too!

Yes, I think its ibuprofen you're bot supposed to take.
