26 weeks cramps

I've had braxton hicks very frequently yesterday and today I've awful cramps in my lower back and pelvis. Braxton hicks haven't been as regular today.
I don't know whether to be concerned about this or not

Has this happened anyone else?

Could be completely normal, bh can be made worse if your dehydrated. I never think it hurts to give triage a call and run your symptoms past a midwife. They may even suggest popping up to check ur urine
