Vaginal pain / aching

I'm coming to 22w with dc3 and my vagina feels so achy, almost bruised, like I want to hold it (Blush) baby is active and no bleeding. The pain is worse when I've been on my feet. I looked and my veins there look pretty prominent (sorry tmi). Hips are fine so I don't think spd but any other ideas?

I’m not sure of the cause but I’m 33 weeks with DC2 and have had this on and off throughout this pregnancy too! Same as you, worse after being on my feet. I think it is something to do with the increased pressure and blood flow to the pelvic region.

Sorry not much help but just wanted to say you’re not alone! Weirdly I think it’s actually improved as the pregnancy has progressed, so hopefully it will for you too.

I'm wondering if it's spd though research suggests that's more hips and back than crotch. My god a sore vag is not cool. It hurts to walk and even turn in bed.

It could just be swelling from the additional pressure and blood, or possibly some veins under pressure there. I had this from 20 weeks with my last 2 pregnancies, agony but not PGP or anything pelvis related, just from the pressure.

This sounds like it could be SPD/PGP. Is the pain in your pubic bone?

I've had PGP since 19 weeks & had so much pain in my vagina. It's almost completely resolved with chiropractic adjustment. Now been replaced with lightning crotch at 37 weeks 😂
