Back spasms

I have two weeks to go until due date, randomly keep getting back pain which is like spasms which last about 20 seconds and then goes, can get it a couple times a day or slightly more. Not sure if it’s baby moving down laying on a nerve. Anyone else had this?

Yep I'm getting these quite a lot at 36+4 (I'm being induced at 38 weeks) Most often when I get out of bed or turn over but can happen randomly through the day. I guess it's the extra weight putting pressure on my lower back muscles as baby moves down.
