hi, i'm basically after some reassurance.. i have my 12 week scan coming this friday and i'm scared it's going to be bad news. i haven't had any pregnancy symptoms at all. not any sign of morning sickness. i don't feel pregnant at all. the only signs that told me i was pregnant was a missed period and lots of positive pregnancy testsConfused the other day whilst i was on a walk i feel like a bruise feeling on my stomach and i don't know if this indicates anything. this is my first pregnancy so i haven't had any past experiences on what to look out
for and how i should be feeling. has anyone else had any experience with no pregnancy symptoms? making me feel sick with worry for friday:((

Hey, I'm 12 weeks 5 days and no pregnancy symptoms either! I've been just like you, but I've had a scan previously due to a bleed (everything is perfectly fine - baby wriggling about and looks really good), had 12 week scan also.
The only thing I would say I've had is a bit of tiredness, that's it! Minor tiredness too I'd say. At week 5 I had cramps, that's literally it!!!
I'm sure everything will be absolutely fine when you have your scan. As long as you've had no bleeds combined with bad pains/cramping I wouldn't worry (alright for me to say - I never stop worrying).
I only feel pregnant when I see my baby on the screen lol xx

Ah thankyou! Makes my mind ease when I know someone is going through the same thing and it's not just me. Wishing you a safe healthy pregnancy💗x

@alixmay I've been the same, I'm currently 11+5 & am a bit tired & hungry but otherwise I feel largely normal & haven't had any sickness. I've also noticed the pains you mention & I think they're ligaments & all a normal part of stretching & growing.
My 12 week scan is a week today but have seen baby 3 times previously, with the last time being at 10+1 & everything was fine. It's understandable to be worried about it but I'm sure it'll all be fine

Please don’t worry :) I am 14 weeks pregnant today and have had absolutely no symptoms apart from tiredness some days. I was also very worried about the lack of symptoms and voiced my worries to my sonographer. However, she found the baby and it’s heartbeat within a second of putting the probe onto my belly! I totally empathise with your worries but chances are you have a happy and healthy baby in there :) x
