Sore boobs 6 weeks 3 days

Hi I’m 6+3 and my boobs our so sore have gone up about 3 or 4 cup sizes already they feel really hard an painful is this normal sure dosnt feel it this is my 3rd pregnancy actually my 4th but missed miscarriage at 8 weeks last year turned out to be a partial molar pregnancy Help me ! X

I had to go for a bra refitting at about your stage so I know the feeling!
They stayed sore through the first 10 weeks or so but having a more forgiving bra definitely helped.
I'm now 20 weeks and they don't seem to have grown further.
Can't say if it's normal, I have a friend who's 24 weeks and yet to go up a size so I think it's individual to everyone.

Mine are insanely painful honestly!! They've gone really lumpy too and the shooting pains right through my nipples are the WORST. Wasn't this bad at all with my first either. Will all be worth it though
