I've had four just sitting here cruising the site. I know that since this is my second pregnancy I am most likely just 'more aware' of them, but I feel like they are pretty frequent. Does it mean anything? I had a difficult birth the first time, resulting in emergency section after induction when we were two weeks overdue. So I am a bit anxious about this birth.

Hi, this is my first DS, due in 4 days and I've been having them quite strong and v regular since 35 weeks! Nothing to get exciting about I'm afraid. Good luck with this birth x

i had loads with dd2 from about 32 wks, made it till due date before i went into labour. if they dont stop or get stronger then ring mw just to check. i found second birth much easier then first (both vaginal deliverys) are you having a vbac?

hi anabellesmum,

think you just feel them more with subsequent pregnancies - I have felt them much more and earlier this time round. Try not to worry

hi, join the club i'm 32 weeks and have had them pretty constantly this afternoon and evening, some discomfort but no actual pain today. Best to get them checked out, i've just been in hospital for a few days being monitored as had them so much and painful. Baby born at 32 weeks or more will most likely be OK, at 35 weeks no prob at all.

Hi. I am hoping for VBAC but if this baby is big again I don't want to go past my dates and I def don't want another induction. So if we go into labour naturally that's great, if we go up to due date we might request a csection. I've done lots of crying but have felt like I turned a corner the other day and I actually for the first time 'believe' that I could have a VBAC
