Hi, I'm on my tww but I'm due to have the second phizer today. Has anybody else found out they were pregnant after having the vaccine?

Lots of people. It's one of the ways they've been able to establish that it's safe in pregnancy. Women having then jab and then realising they are pregnant.

Fingers crossed this is your month

I'm just worried, thank you for your reply.

I had my first (Moderna) in my fertile week and second at c.10 weeks. Just over halfway now and 20 week scan showed everything progressing as expected.

Yes, had my second dose at 6dpo. Found out I was pregnant just under a week later.

I think I had my second Moderna the day after i ovulated! 18 weeks now and all good.

Good luck x

This really isn’t anything to worry about. Millions of pregnant women worldwide have been vaccinated.

Have a look at the royal college of obstetricians and gynaecologists website.

Nothing to be worried about. Even if you are pregnant you don't share a blood supply with any embryo at this stage. The protection from covid is the most important thing

Loads have.
Protect yourself and your baby from Covid.

I would say nothing at all to be worried about. I was actually on my period when I had my second dose and we conceived that cycle and I am now nearly 14 weeks and everything is how it should be. When I actually had my first scan the midwife asked me if I wanted the vaccine and I said I was already double dosed pre pregnancy. So I would say don't worry and do what you feel best x

I got pregnant in between my two Pfizer jabs. I am now 23 weeks with a very healthy, wriggly baby! I have had a multitude of scans due to this baby getting themselves in awkward positions when I've had scans (nothing wrong, just baby has been in the wrong position for them to complete all the measurements in every single scan!), and everything is looking really healthy!

whymewhyme · 26/10/2021 16:47

Thanks everyone, I've had it done .
