other than the hospital involved?
maybe the royal colledge of midwives
or aims?

anywhere else you can think of

had a rea.lly trumatic birth,andi would hate to think the same thing could happen to another woman

I had quite a traumatic birth, baby was OP and had cocyxx pain which required physio after .. not much sympathy from anybody really/// now pregnant and expecting in less than 2 weeks,.. so anxious... did say to doctor who did sympathise.. but she emphasises that all births are different etc etc ... but really who can we complain to???!! fellow friends do not seem to understand.. as they had easy births . ... men don't even begin.... pregnantbabyelephant it seems there is nowhere we can complain but to bite the bullet... or form a support group??

writing to the hopsiptal and getting a fairly sympathetic reply back helped me put things behind me

dont worry about other women try putting this to rest for yourself

birth trauma association

sheila kitzinger's birth crisis

you can complain to the head of midwifery where you delivered, PALS at the hospital can help you with that

also, there is a thread called @@@ Birth trauma @@@* on here, in the childbirth thread, that has contact detials for the above organisations
