Growth scan - worried!!

I have been for a growth scan today as my last scan baby was measuring big for head circumference and abdominal circumference. However now I’ve got home and looking through my notes it’s documented that femur length is on 5th percentile and head and abdo are on 90th centile.

I’ve googled (bad idea, I know) and now I’ve got myself all in a panic that something is wrong. No one at the clinic today mentioned it being an issue but it looks like it could indicate an issue with either a syndrome or dwarfism!

Anyone else had this and it’s been completely normal. I don’t even know how accurate the measurements are. I’m 31 weeks.

Hi lovely @DecadeBCU. I’m 37 weeks so although baby isn’t here yet - I’ve had the same throughout. Bumps always measured two weeks behind. Head and abdomen measuring in the 90s and femur less than 10th percentile! I’ve had growth scans from 24 weeks and at my last scan last week - babies caught up and the measurements all tally?! I spent weeks worrying just like you, and kept asking my midwife and consultant and they weren’t worried at all. They said measurements can change per sonographer and can’t be guaranteed as accurate as baby moves during scans and positions change.
