Possibly pregnant?

So I've taken a first response pregnancy test this morning (3 days before my period is due) and there is a very faint line.

Does this usually mean pregnancy?

I'm so worried, I'm only 20 and my fiance and I still live with my parents. We could afford to rent but money will be so tight, but I don't think I would want to abort.

Will I be able to do it? My income and my fiance's income would come to around £45,000-£50,000 per year before tax. Is this enough??

Most likely does mean pregnancy, depends on the test tbh. Some are more reliable than others, I find first response pretty reliable. Leave it a few days and do another test to confirm pregnancy.
Honestly, you could make it work financially if you want to (even on a lower income). You'll have plenty of time to figure things out if you are pregnant, good luck either way.

I would do another test in a day or 2 but false positives are rare if there really is a line. What made you take the test before your period? Do you have symptoms?

I think you can do if you wanted to, of course it's not going to be easy if money is tight, but I'm sure your families will help as much as they can! I had an abortion at 22 and I have to say it's haunted me ever since. I struggle with it every day and if I was in that position again I honestly would've have done it. That's just my experience though and you should do what's best for you. Please weigh up all your options, though. Good luck!
