How am I meant to do this for 13 more weeks?

Im 25 weeks pregnant this week and I have absolutely no idea how I am meant to cope with getting any bigger than I already am.

Measured myself (can clearly feel the top of my fundus) and my bump is about 3-4 weeks ahead of where it should be. Baby is kicking incredibly hard and I never felt movements like this with my first two until gone 30 weeks (I can see and grab his foot when he kicks!). I can't get comfortable to sleep, sit, stand or anything (I've tried EVERY sleeping position and have a maternity pillow that does fuck all). I have unbearable rib flare and round ligament pain. Obviously can't have any decent painkillers because Drs won't touch pregnant women with anything more than paracetamol.

I am having to go part time at work because I'm exhausted, in pain and can barely focus. I am taking all the vitamins and iron as recommended by my midwife but I feel no different.

How am I meant to get through the next 13 weeks?

Forgot to mention I also have irritable womb. Any ligament pain, extreme baby movement, needing to pee slightly, bowels moving or being turned on/having sex triggers an extremely painful contraction.

But apparently everything above is completely normal and no Dr actually has a solution to help us feel more comfortable Hmm

Am 30 weeks I agree with the pregnancy pillow not helping. Keeping me awake if anything! I am up most of the night too. Bladder needs emptying 5-6 times. My baby is kicking harder as he’s a boy but I can’t complain as am reassured that’s he’s doing great. I feel for you just take it easy and try to rest as much as you can. Am off work now shielding due to working for the NHS. So I treat myself to naps during the day. Any chance you can take early maternity leave?

I've always been given in hospital or told to take them when pregnant by the directed dose, recently had covid aswell and said it was fine just not ibuprofen. I'm 28 weeks and it's the only thing that touches my headaches!
