Help!!! 20 weeks pregnant & often I move in bed and suddenly feel like I’ve torn/been punched around my bellybutton

Just wanting reassurance that I’m not harming my baby/ placenta!
I’m 20 weeks and whenever I want to flip over in bed I notice if I do it too quickly (like prepregnancy) it literally feels like I’ve been kicked in the stomach. The first time it happened I was convinced my husband had done it!!

I’m now barely moving in bed because I’m scared it hurts the baby. It feels very very different to round ligament stretching and just feels so shocking!!

Also should add I have been feeling movements since 17-18 weeks and these are not like it- movements feel like pushing and pops rather than a painful kick

Google round ligament pain, sounds like this to me.

Sounds pretty normal to me, personally I wouldn't worry. Round ligament pain and you won't feel actual kicks till much later as your baby is still so tiny xx
