Help please

Hi everyone I'm 29 +4 and had an appointment today at hopsital when they checked my urine they said there was but protein in it but because my blood pressure was perfect it was ok
I'm just confused is it normal have protein or is there something going on they just aren't checking I've never had it before or with my other pregnancy

I also got weighed and have only gained 4lb which the midwife said would be all baby fluid and placenta
I do have a high bmi but was just wondering is it normal for me bot to have gained any weight at this point
All was good with baby midwife said shes just on the average line

Your urine can pick up things through contamination. I’ve had leukocytes in my urine during 4 samples and only one of them has shown any evidence of infection when a culture has been ran. Just keep an eye out for the other symptoms of pre-eclampsia.

I’ve lost weight during my pregnancy and my baby is measuring big, the hospital aren’t concerned. Not everyone gains during pregnancy, especially with a higher BMI.
