periods while pregnant?

Out of interst, how many women continued with one or two periods during the first trimester??? Did they notice any difference????

i had a very light "period" at 5 weeks PG - few days of tummy cramps, brown discharge etc. so different from my usual periods that it alerted me to test for PG!

Hi Ladies, I'm from the conception side, but was interested in this thread, I have just had AF, (well I think it was that, but now I'm not so sure,) when you say spotting what exactly do you mean (sorry to ask such a personal thing)

My mum did,back in 1969-1970.She had periods all the way through & only realised she was pregnant when she was 4 months.

I had 2 period like bleeds,quite heavy & lasting a week each with dd,at weeks 8 &10.She was fine.

My grandmother never stopped having bleeds when she was carrying my father.
