Severe anxiety over covid

I had my first Astrazeneca a week before finding out I was pregnant. It gave me bad stomach pains and pain in my left arm and left leg. I told the doctor about this as the pains were still ongoing after 2 months and they weren't interested. I then caught covid at 13 weeks pregnant (this was in July). I have since spoken to the Dr again to ask if I can have Pfizer for second jab and they have said no. My consultant says although there isn't enough data with mixing vaccines I can have Pfizer. My anxiety is through the roof. Everyday I am wondering what to do. Do I have enough antibodies to last till baby is born in January. Or do I risk it and get Pfizer.
