11+6 and had browny/red blood

Morning, this pregnancy I am 11 weeks 6 days and this morning I woke up to go to the bathroom in middle of night as usual. Everything was fine. Went to bathroom this morning about 730 and noticed when I wiped I covered the whole tissue with red brown blood mucus thing. I've had no pain. But straight away panicked. I've been crying since trying to calm down. Rang my epu but they want me to be referred for a scan by gp. Rang gp office who is very busy and r not answering and I'm just getting progressively upset. I've got my 12 week scan booked Monday but I really can't wait that long I'm so worried. I need some happy stories this is my hubris yesterday I said to my husband "am very confident everything will be OK this time" last time in April I lost my little one at 9 weeks after having the same brown/red watery/mucus blood and it was a missed miscarriage. My boobs don't hurt no more but I put that down to placenta taking over near this time. I'm so scared.

I had this with 3rd pregnancy having lost the first at about 9 weeks. Resigned myself to a miscarriage but actually it was fine. It is so normal that you are unlikely to persuade a midwife or GP to do anything. Try to relax and rest, stress won’t help you or the baby, I do know how tough that is though. Flowers

Your right just finished being off phone with Dr's who said I should go to a and e. Explained that last time I went to a and e when I miscarried they left me sitting there on my own for 6 hours while I bled all over there chairs and cried and in the. End all they did was do a pregnancy test and send me home. I dont wanna go through that again. So Dr then said he will refer me to epu for a appointment today I was like yes getting somewhere. He then rang me back 20 mins later to say my scan will be next Friday. When I've got my hospital scan on Monday anyway so no help. Been ringing around private clinics but no ones got an opening til after Monday. The bleeding has stopped now and turned into a brown discharge. Thankyou for your reassuring words though.

Incase anyone comes across this thread in future. I've had my 12 week scan today. Everything is fine baby bouncing around like a mad man but everything's good. Sonographer says sometimes people bleed for no obvious reason. Good luck to all Flowers
