I’ve looked and looked and can’t find anything so hoping someone here can help! I’m 36w and have been told baby is footling breech. Since lunchtime I’ve had really niggly lower back pain and in the last few hours I’ve got really sharp pain low down in my pelvis. Nothing else that I would say were signs of labour but I wondered if there was any difference in what you feel with a breech baby? Pretty sure the baby is also back to back, essentially the worst position imaginable 
My first baby was back to back but I was induced, all my contractions were in my back so I don’t really have anything I can compare to!
Our local hospital has declared a major incident due to lack of beds so I’m not wild at the thought of trailing down to triage to be told I’m being daft and it’s just baby’s feet in an uncomfortable position.
