fetal dilated loop bowel

good morning

i’m 34 plus4 weeks pregnant and i had a growth scan yesterday and they picked up a dilated loop bowel 12mm long i’ve now got to wait 7 days before my fetal medicine scan and i’m
beside myself with worry i didn’t sleep at all last
night , does anyone know anything about this ? thanks

How did it work out?

I’m in a similar situation myself 33 plus 5
bowel is dilated 10mm
we have just had bloods taken to check for cf
so worried 😟

hello sorry you’re experiencing this , my little boy was born and everything was absolutely fine ! He emptied his bowels shortly after birth which was amazing and has been absolutely fine since ….. i hope for the same outcome for you x
