So of course when I'm hungry I get really nauseous but then I eat and become really bloated like I've over ate and then it makes me feel like I need to throw up but luckily I haven't yet, does anyone else get like this?

Also when I lay down for long periods of time, my head starts to feel like all the blood is rushing to it kind of as though I've been hanging upside down and it's making it really hard to fall asleep, is anyone else feeling like this too?

It's horrible isn't it, I feel like I can't win with food.

@Sunnybeam same! I’m either feeling sick because I’m hungry or sick because I’m full - can't seem to find the sweet spot in the middle!

It's not nice is it? I can't seem to eat during the day either so I try and eat something a little big later on but I feel like I get full just off a few bites and if I overdo it by trying not to waste food then I end up worse.

Not that strange, food is a fine line when pg. the blood rushing thing I haven't experienced or heard of, if you're concerned call your midwife. x
