Anyone have a similar situation and it turned out ok
*I had an untreated hydrosalpinx, from a surgery to remove a mass in 2018. Last us was 7/12 to monitor the size.
Last menstrual 9/3/21-9/5/21
Our household came down with covid. I tested positive the 15th of September.
Sept 21st I started bleeding. I put this off to abnormal bleeding from hydro or an early period due to having covid.
Oct 1st- when I was supposed to start I woke up to spotting. I threw on a pad continue my day no more bleeding no more spotting.
Oct 2nd- only spotting in the morning.
Oct 3rd-I had pain in my arms radiating from my clavicle to my fingertips so I went to the emergency room. The emergency room determined I was 5 weeks one day pregnant my HCG levels were 1, 450 sac showing 6.3cm diagnosed with threatened miscarriage. I made an appt for 14th
Oct 13th- I'm at work I go to the restroom and blood. Period levels. I go to the er because my doctor wasn't open for another hour or so. My HCG was 1971 the sac 6.3cm measuring 5weeks 3 days. I was diagnosed with an incomplete or inevitable miscarriage that the sac had stopped growing at 5w3d. They told me keep my appt to discuss a plan of care.
I passed tissue and clots all day/night
Oct 14th- I thought the us would show I lost my sac. But there it was at 8.2cm and according to my last menstrual I should be 6weeks. I was measuring around 5w3d still but it is with in normal range of where I should be. Still no yolk sac but it grew! She reversed the inevitable diagnosis, cervix still closed and changed it to a threatened abortion. I was told to get blood work the next day and we would do another is on the 26th. The us also showed my hydrosalpinx has resolved! Completely. This is something she wants to look into more as we had dye test scheduled to see if I needed the whole tube removed.
Oct 15th- HCG levels dropped to 1907.
I have not spoken to my doctor yet, I'm sure she will call me tomorrow to follow up.
Praying for more miracles as implanting alone was one, being in the uterus another and an untreated hydrosalpinx disappearing... What's going on in me?
Today Oct 17th- still spotting. Still no cramps or pain. Still hopeful
