Freaking out, bleeding at 12 weeks

Just started bleeding,I was supposed to be having my 12 week scan on Tuesday.
I went for a number 2, I guess I pushed pretty hard (sorry if TMI) but I've got bright red blood, couple of table spoons. Nothing inside the blood. I'm so scared 😭😭😭😭😭
What shall I do? Can I ring anyone now?

@Derbee yes you are so right, as you say it's really hard not to panic but realistically if it's happened once the chances are it could happen again. It's easy to jump to conclusions but I'm going o do my very best to stay calm and positive ❤️ positive thoughts only from now on!
