Around 5 weeks and light red/pink spotting (tmi - picture)

Been to toilet for wee and when I wiped I noticed light pink/red spotting, nothing since, have had twinges/spasms in my stomach throughout the day, including now, not sure if I should panic. I haven’t had bad cramps other than a painful cramp a few nights ago that lasted 30 minutes but no bleeding. Haven’t had any bleeding since my last period.
It’s been 3 weeks since I last had sex so definitely don’t think it can be ovulation spotting.

Think I’m going to phone 111 soon (when I pull myself together as very upset and panicking) but any advice or reassurance would be really appreciated xx

Hope you're okay? Did you call 111?

I had the exact same bleeding when I wiped when I was 5 weeks pregnant and it lasted for a week but I am now 29 weeks pregnant. I phoned NHS 24 when it happened to me and got sent to A&E to get checked out. Good luck x

@BluenoseGers@chocolatethunder thank you so much for sharing your stories - so glad everything worked out well for you both!

@whataglouriousthingtobe I spoke to nurse and she said not to worry unless blood has clots or I get sever pain in my abdomen that can’t be controlled by paracetamol. She said implantation bleeding but I didn’t think it was possible at 5 weeks, having conceived 3 weeks ago?!

Anyway I’m trying to keep calm now and hoping for best SmileXx
