I’ve recently found out that I am pregnant. This is my first pregnancy, I’ve had some light spotting on three separate days which have only lasted a couple of hours. I’ve been to an early pregnancy unit and had a scan, they have found the yolk sac and measured this but can’t see the baby yet. I’m so worried I don’t even know what’s going on, I’m not due to have another scan for two weeks and I just can’t stop stressing about this. Any advice would be great
