No Hyperemesis, Starting to panic

Hi ladies!

Just looking for a little help out there or anyone in a similar boat. I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant with baby number 3, I suffered with extreme hyperemesis from 5 week until labour mostly spent in hospital on a drip with both my previous pregnancies (both girls). This time around I have no symptoms at all except aching boobs and some cramping and I'm terrified something could be wrong? Could it really be possible I just don't have HG again? I can't stop searching Google and panicking. Any advice would be great, thanks.

I had it in one pregnancy and not at all in another. It could well be fine.

I was crippled with sciatica in my first pregnancy, it started before I even missed my period. Second pregnancy I haven't had it at all and like you was worried that it meant something was wrong.

I'm now 37+3. Try and enjoy it!

Similar here - first pregnancy I was sick from the positive test up until birth.
This time around I'm around the 7week mark and no sickness at all, infact barely any symptoms since I tested positive 2 weeks ago.
I am however spending everyday worrying that the sickness is going to start.
I'm hoping it's just because no 2 pregnancies are the same 🤞🏻

Thanks ladies! I'm trying to relax and enjoy the sickness free part incase it does start back up again. I didn't think I would ever be wanting to be sick again during another pregnancy but it's just all the horror stories I've been reading about miscarriage being more likely if you don't have any morning sickness. I should probably stay off Google for a while 😐🙈.
@sunflower198 Oh I understand to well, it's the worst! I can only explain it to people as being like your worst hangover x100 for 9 months solid. I hope the Hyperemesis doesn't make an appearance for you so you can enjoy this pregnancy, best of luck! x

Could be a boy this time around?
I've read sickness is more common with girls due to the increased hormones (yours and baby's)

I had hypermesis with my dd and not with ds

So it could be that you’re having a boy instead.
